Calancombe Estate

What’s on this season at Calancombe

There is something special about this time of year at Calancombe Estate. The vineyard is coming to life, the days feel longer, and the Estate is best enjoyed slowly, with time to take in the sights, tastes, and calm of the Devon countryside.

Now open Wednesday to Saturday, there are even more opportunities to enjoy everything Calancombe has to offer, whether that is a relaxed lunch, a tasting with friends, or a morning wandering through the vines.

Take a look at what’s happening this season…

1. Lunch in our restaurant

Open for full service on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30am to 4pm

Our restaurant celebrates the best of local and seasonal produce through a menu of carefully crafted small plates and sharing dishes, designed to pair beautifully with our wines.

You will find dishes such as Dorset charcuterie and ham hock terrine, pan-fried halloumi, sashimi salmon with ponzu, and king scallops served with our Blanc de Noir. For those who prefer to share, our British cheese and charcuterie platter is always a favourite.

Alongside this, there is a selection of simple nibbles, including sea salt almonds, Italian olives, anchovies with lemon zest, and warm sourdough with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic.

Whether you are joining us for a long lunch or a leisurely afternoon, it is all about good food, good wine, and time well spent. Book your table or view the menu.
