Ortega 2022

Ortega – harvested from a single 0.75 ha plot (2000 vines)

On the nose, it has lovely aromas of peach, grapefruit and a touch of spice and on the palate there are notes of melon, peach, vanilla and oak due to part being fermented in oak barrels. A delicious and interesting wine. ABV: 11.5%

After the grapes were crushed and pressed, the juice was fermented and then part aged in stainless steel and part in oak barrels for 7 months.

Salads, chicken, BBQs or even spicy food or as an aperitif.
