About the event

Master of Wine and Independent Lead Taster for Lidl's renowned Wine Tour Collection - Richard is a real heavyweight in the wine world (and grew up in south Devon!).

Richard will lead a tutored tasting of 4 pairs of delicious wines comparing some of the best English wines against wines from France and Europe as well looking at some wines made by Englishmen in France with each pairing accompanied by a delicious small plate of food freshly prepared by our chefs in our vineyard restaurant kitchen. 

Small plates to include:

Crab Croustade 

San Danielle Prosciutto with Melon

Smoked Duck Breast and Duck Rillette with dressed leaves

Selection of English Cheeses

This is going to be a fun and interesting evening.
